The new EOT-HAN has even more functions and allows you to know your consumption as well as the quality of the electrical energy you consume. It communicates digitally with the energy meter and receives several parameters from it, such as: full period energy consumption, Tip period energy consumption and Empty period energy consumption with totalizers, phase voltage, imported and exported instantaneous power, power factor and many others.

EnergyOT is the name of a range of development devices for remote measurement of certain physical parameters that is connected to the Internet through wireless sending data to your personal account (in my.energyot.pt).

Deliveries and Guarantee

After it is acquired online, the device should take between 8 to 10 work days to reach its destination in Portugal, plus 2 days in the case of the islands.

Yes you can but note that there is a very short window to cancel the purchase between receiving the request and sending the order.

The EnergyOT devices you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty in force, a period of (2) two years.

Genoa Spark, lda., A corporation registered under the laws of Portugal, warrants that this hardware ("EnergyOT") is free from material and manufacturing defects when used in accordance with our published guidelines (the "Guarantee") for a period one (1) year starting from the date on which the EnergyOT was delivered (the "Warranty Period").

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY THIS WARRANTY MAY NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, IN LEGAL WRITING, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE ASSUME ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED CONDITIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES ARISING FROM PRACTICE, COMMERCIAL USE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE WAIVED, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND SOLUTIONS OF SUCH GUARANTEES TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD, ACCORDING TO OUR OWN CRITERIA. WHAT WE WILL DO IF THE WARRANTY IS VIOLATED If, during the Warranty Period you submit a valid claim for us, we, in our sole discretion and without cost, (i) repair the EnergyOT using new parts or used earlier that are equivalent to new in performance, and return the EnergyOT repaired for you, or (ii) send you a replacement EnergyOT. Any repairs or replacements are warranted for the remainder of the initial warranty period.

HOW TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE To obtain warranty service within the warranty period, you must return the EnergyOT with paid shipping with a copy of the sales receipt or other proof of purchase showing the date of sale and / or delivery date, to our headquarters. In case your EnergyOT need to be upgraded or repaired, you should contact us before you send it to us.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER This warranty does not apply:

1. The damage caused by the operation of EnergyOT off our published guidelines;

2. For damages caused by improper operation or storage, misuse, abuse, accident or neglect, contact with liquids, extreme humidity or heat, contact with sand, dirt, food or the like, fire or other external cause, or any other acts that are off course normal consumer use;

3. For damage caused by modification or repair the EnergyOT by someone other than one of our authorized representatives, including software changes / firmware;

4. When the serial numbers or product labels have been removed, altered or deleted, the seals are broken, or there is any other evidence of tampering with the EnergyOT;

5. If you can not present proof of purchase when requesting warranty service;

6. To defects caused by normal wear, or otherwise due to the normal aging EnergyOT;

7. To damage caused during transportation (such claims must be submitted directly to the shipping company);

8. To EnergyOT devices purchased from third parties; or

9. When the damage is purely aesthetic, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and deterioration of the surface finish.

Design changes We reserve the right to change or improve EnergyOT design without notice to users. Design changes are not implemented retroactively, and any design changes in future products does not imply the availability of an upgrade to existing units.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY EXCEPT AS THIS EXPECTED WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW EXTENT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM LEAVING ENERGYOT WORKING PROPERLY AT ANY TIME INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE, INABILITY TO USE OR THE ACCURACY OF LACK ENERGYOT.

OUT OF PORTUGAL. In other countries, the terms and conditions of this warranty may be different. Unless there is a specific guarantee communicated in writing by us, no warranty or liability exists beyond any minimum requirements imposed by the law of Portugal, even though defect, damage or loss may be by negligence or other act.
